ELITE OLYMPIC STYLE TRAINING CAMP- JULY 21-22nd, 2012
We’re talking about LIVE WRESTLING, STRENGTH TRAINING COMPETITIONS, EARLY MORNING SPRINTS, HIGH POWERED CONDITIONING DRILLS and MOST IMPORTANTLY, NUTRITION…. all structured in a progressive format so that EVERYONE benefits.
By the end of camp, each wrestler will not only know exactly how to prepare for big events, they will also understand when to start.
All too often you hear about the infamous “BURNOUT” phase athletes experience. I can’t speak for anyone but myself, but I’VE NEVER experienced that feeling.
When you want something bad enough, you’ll find a way to get it, if you don’t, well, you can always come up with an excuse.. Being BURNT OUT is used more than all the rest.
First, what is “Burnout” and what actually causes it?
Burn-out: Fatigue, frustration, or apathy resulting from prolonged stress, overwork, or

I’ve narrowed it down to 2 reasons as to what causes “Burnout”
1. Not having success
2. Not having fun
When wrestlers/athletes are having fun and winning, they usually don’t want to quit.
Keep in mind, I believe everyone needs to take a break. But over the years and being around dozens of wrestlers that achieved high levels of success, I believe that “burnout” is much more psychological than physical. The natural passion and dedication many young wrestlers exhibit can be maintained through the years of training and competition.
The key is Self-Motivation.
The most successful wrestlers have parents who encourage and support their children using positive reinforcement while at the same time encouraging their child to become self motivated. A self-motivated wrestler goes to practice because he wants to, not because he’s forced.
If you want to avoid “burnout”, You will need a relationship with your son(s) that allows you to read them clearly.

What you can expect at our Training Camp is years of experience on HOW TO WORK EXTREMELY HARD and HAVE A GREAT TIME AFTERWARDS with outdoor activities and good food. Every wrestler likes to eat, right!
By attending our ELITE TRAINING CAMP, all the wrestlers will get exactly what they WANT and NEED. A lot of Live Wrestling, Running Fast, Jumping, Strength Training as well as learning the importance of nutrition. How to lose body fat? How to Gain Strength? How to GET IN KILLER SHAPE so you can go full speed in the third period with nothing holding you back.. These questions will all be answered at this years TRAINING CAMP.
