HOW THIS WORKS?
Each athlete will participate in 8 Total Workouts.
2 Workouts per week over the course of 4 weeks.
Complete as many workouts that you choose. Do all 8 or pick your favorites!
All the workouts will include any one of the following:
Pushing, Pulling, Squatting, Rowing, Jumping, Running and Throwing.
Have No Fears!
At the end of the day, the Magic will occur. You will Change!
The Workout Description and Standards for each movement will be announced on: December 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd.
CHALLENGES WILL BE ON SATURDAY’S at 10 am
Each participant will arrive at CrossFit Massillon each Saturday, warm up and review the movements.
Pairings will organized on site such as Rx, Scaled, Master’s… then it’s 3.2.1.GO
EVERYONE WINS… BUT SCORES WILL BE KEPT and PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TOP MALE – FEMALE PLACER.
