When it comes to work ethic, it comes down to something that you can’t fake… Either you have it or you don’t.

When it comes to effort, this is something one does not want to hide.
Effort should never go un-noticed.

With the privilege of witnessing dozens of athletes do more in 45 minutes than most do in two separate workouts, we take notice, yet two gals that bring it every week, Suzy and Anna B. have something else going for them… GENETICS! –

Genetics concerns the process of trait inheritance from parents to offspring, including the molecular structure and function of genes, etc. (source: http://en.wikipedia.org)

These two (Mother – Daughter Duo) are gifted with great attitudes, coach-able ego’s, great work ethic and rarely do they give any grief over what’s written on “The Board..”

Usually, it’s show time!  Let’s “see what happens..”

It goes with saying they’re both very dedicated with nearly 2 years of consistent training… and it shows up regularly.

Within the last couple months, they both now hold two pretty competitive records we’ve established over the last 7 years.  One is the Deadlift, the other.. the Plank.

When it comes total body strength and torching body fat, there isn’t anything better than the deadlift.  To be more specific… A heavy deadlift done properly.

Anna has carved her way into our record books as one of the “Strongest Gals at TS” by increasing her Deadlift 1 RM to a very respectful 350 lbs.
(1 RM = 1 rep max)

Just a few days ago after a difficult deadlifting session, Suzy decided to test her skills with the plank. On a pretty hot day, she successfully lost at least an extra 1 lb and 1/2 in the process of breaking “her” previous record of 8 min. by holding on for 15 seconds more than her previous best.

Setting the New TS Record at holding a plank for a ridiculous:
8 minutes 15 sec.

Our Plank Standard is pretty simple for the record…
DON’T MOVE ANYTHING
!

Not the hips, the knees, the feet, the arms and in Suzy’s style, don’t even move your head. Give it a shot, you’ll be accomplishing something if you can last 2 minutes 🙂

These two are not “hard to notice” when it comes to what they bring to the gym… Some may even call it PRIDE!

AND WE WANT TO RECOGNIZE THEM BOTH FOR THEIR EFFORTS….

CONGRAT’S ONCE AGAIN TO SUZY-ANNA ON YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS !!

YOUR EFFORT WILL NEVER GO UN-NOTICED and YOUR SUPPORT IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
