Tru-Strength’s structured Kick Boxing Boot Camp heightens metabolism and gives you the opportunity to regain youthful vigor by strengthening cores, reducing body fat, and building lean muscle.

Did I forget to mention you get to KICK and PUNCH.

During the course of 1 hour, our Fitness experts teach you proper striking and kicking techniques as well as a variety of body weight exercises that will have you loving life 😉

All of which provides a great alternative for those bored with run-of-the-mill cardiovascular activities on treadmills or exercise bikes.

TS’s Kickboxing Class is proven to increase strength, coordination, flexibility and balance while burning calories and improving aerobic fitness.


Tru-Strength offers sessions twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm.

Classes are open to grasshoppers of all ages.
