You see, if you plan on getting fit and most importantly STAYING FIT… what you eat not only makes a difference in accomplishing your fitness goals, but eating the right foods can do sooooo much more..
Nutrition is responsible for curing arthritis, joint pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, reducing body fat, the list goes on..

What I am going to tell you is a TIP I hope you take seriously.
I’ve simplified meal plans for 1000’s of other’s over the years from wrestler’s to football players, even moms/dads/grandmas and grandpa’s and yet, I’m always trying to learn more ways to help.
This one tip alone may help you put it all TOGETHER once and for all.
First, you need to know WHAT you’re eating-
Is it a PROTEIN source, a CARB source or a FAT source.
Once you learn to identify these three macro-nutrients, you’ll be on your way.
Now that you’re conscious of “WHAT” you’re eating… It’s time to learn how to COMBINE foods that “Torch” un-wanted body fat around the clock.
To be more specific, while competing in college, I was taught this food formula:
Meals should contain either PROTEINS and CARBS or PROTEINS and FATS.
For performance training that supported WEIGHT LOSS, TOP LEVEL CONDITIONING and MAINTAINING STRENGTH for periods as long as 8 + months, I was advised NOT to combine FATS and CARBS.
Ever since then, I thought the same thing as the graphic above.
(all is see is proteins, fats and carbs 😉
Recognizing what you’re putting in your mouth is CRITICAL for long term success!
Rest assure when you’re “on a diet” that leads towards living a healthier more fit lifestyle, you can still enjoy ‘WHAT YOU REALLY WANT’ (ie. ice cream, pizza, fries, etc.)
