3 Rounds for max reps
1 minute each of:
Jumping Air Squats
5M sprints down and back (each direction is 1 rep)
1 minute rest in between rounds.
This is organized by Andrew “Roo” Yori, who WODs at CrossFit Progression in Minnesota. Roo is also partner to the great Wallace the Pit Bull, world champion disc dog. We had to say goodbye to Wallace this week after an 11 month battle with cancer. Wallace was 11 years old and loved by thousands of people in the pit bull and disc dog communities. Let’s do this for Wallace!
