When it comes to reducing body fat and getting healthier, everyone seems to face numerous challenges along their journey.
There is no doubt that the Big Supplement Factories know of many of these challenges. Which is why selling supplements for fat loss is a part of a 1 BILLION dollar industry. I’m here to tell you that you can lose body fat without having to drink expensive shakes or take 5 pills a day in order to trick your body into thinking YOU’RE NOT HUNGRY.
Truth be told, your body needs food just like your car needs gas, water and oil so it can run efficiently.
Your body needs vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbs so it operate efficiently. As oddly that it sounds, your body needs nutrients (food) to burn fat as well.
Over the years, I’ve noticed one TRICK that has led to the MORE FAT LOSS than any special meal, special workout or special shake has ever produced.
… are you ready?
KEEPING A JOURNAL
Keeping a journal is one thing, what you write in your journal is where the magic begins.
Inside your journal, you are going to record:
*what you eat and drink everyday
*how you felt after you ate
*why you ate
*what time of the day you ate
*your long term and short term goals
*your workout of the day
As always, you should check with your doctor first.
When you’re ready to take it up a notch,
making your body stronger will without any doubts get you the body of your dreams. But for now, losing body fat has to start with getting your nutrition right and keeping yourself accountable.
No Pill, No Secret Workout, No Special Shake will do more for you than keeping measurable data on your daily habits.
Eating balanced meals will speed up your progress even more. Start eating foods high in protein and combine them with crunchy vegetables. Enjoy some sugary fruit on occasion but make yourself eat more veges. Mix in some tasty (lightly salted) nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, chia seeds, etc) as snacks or added flavor in a salad. And of course, drink more water. Water helps with fat loss too.
Write EVERYTHING DOWN…
At the end of the day, You’ll know what is working! What is not working.. and most importantly, why you feel great some days and why you don’t.
Keep track for at least 8 weeks and see what happens.
Don’t forget to take pictures of yourself…
Lastly, do yourself a favor and stay off the scale for 8 weeks too.. Instead, learn what it feels like to have more energy, less stress and know you’re on the right path.
